Before working with Marina, our culture really needed a refresh. We had a mix of long‑standing employees and newer team members bringing fresh ideas, but the lack of alignment meant everyone was pushing hard — just in different directions.

Being a manufacturing company with 40 employees working different shifts, it was a big commitment to close down the factory to get everyone in the room together. Some people rarely saw each other. Getting them all together to build the future of the company was powerful.
